We are running a small on-line (Teams) webinar covering Managing Mooring Inspections for buoyed mooring asset owners and operators.

At ONA (Marine and Consultants) we have been actively involved in mooring design, procurement, installation, failure investigation and mooring integrity management for 15 years in the region. The workshop will be run by Mike Priestly the Principal Mooring Engineer at ONA. Some background information on ONA mooring history is included here.

You or a suitable delegate from your organisation are invited to attend. The workshop will cover the fundamentals of managing mooring inspections to enable tangible best practice asset management practices to be realised in the mooring space.

The following topics will be covered:

• Inspection Roles and Responsibilities
• Relevant Mooring Codes and Standards
• Risk Based Mooring Inspection
• Scope and Extent of Inspection
• Mooring Inspection Techniques
• Inspection Records and Deliverables
• Mooring Connector Specifics
• Mooring Condition Assessment

The workshop will be interactive to a level of participant comfort, not recorded and will be peppered with lessons learnt and case specifics. The moorings considered will be suitable for small to medium vessels.

If you are interested, please advise the email for the anticipated participant and an invite will follow. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call.
