With a portfolio of testing experience including load testing, weighing and function testing of marine equipment and modules, we have the knowledge to safely and efficiently conduct the work, on budget and on time. ONA Marine can carry out FAT, SIT and pressure testing of various floating and subsea structures.
Working closely with clients and subcontractors, we strive to align testing objectives with practical outcomes to support the future success of equipment and asset operations.
Marine Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services
ONA Marine works standalone or with client provided IMR disciplines to provide cost effective solutions from a single source to supplement existing operator vessel contracts or call down arrangements. We can help support clients in deciphering the appropriate subsea or vessel based solution through to execution and reporting. Working collaboratively with clients and classification societies we are able assist both temporary and longer term regulatory compliance.
To support these and other services ONA Marine, have their own vessel, high pressure water skids, gauges and associated equipment to undertake cost effective underwater inspections or can readily contract vessels to enhance our capabilities.

ONA Marine provide loadout and marine installation services for clients across all sectors. Our people have underpinned the most complex and heaviest loadouts in Western Australia. Not only do we thrive in the high load and risk environment but we owe our operational success to our strong internal engineering structural and marine engineering expertise. Our team is therefore able to de-risk combined mooring, crane and trailer operations and provide cost effective solutions to the marine logistics industry.
Internally we have considerable docking vessels and the provision of complimentary design and construction of dock installation aids and associated dock site support services. We are able to undertake vessel docking screening studies of the biggest vessels and assets in the region.

ONA Marine and experience developing fit for purpose installation and testing equipment is second to none. Over the years we have developed an impressive product range on the back of our design and construct services. This includes load testing jigs, frames and scientific instrumentation bases, all for the subsea environment.
ONA Marine offer a range of bespoke diver gauges and measuring devices to enable subsea measurement of chains by divers and remote vehicles. Our gauges are proven in the field in terms of accuracy and toughness for multiple deployments. Most are produced in marine grade stainless steel with engraved measurement increments and company logos.
Fabrication, Concrete and Construction Services
ONA Marine provide internal steel fabrication expertise on smaller scopes including prototyping of steel and aluminium structures. For larger more complex structures ONA Marine employ subcontractors enabling speedier and more specialised fabrication to exacting ONA quality and oversight requirements. Accordingly, we are able to accelerate production for our clients and scopes using our pre-qualified fabricators.
ONA Marine also provide onsite concrete casting of standard and bespoke clump weight products. All works are covered by exacting ITP and FAT procedures. All fabricated built and coated in accordance with client or design durability requirements. ONA Marine has preferred suppliers pre-qualified in hot dip galvanising, powder coating and stainless-steel pickling.
